The St. James Boys 18 W
team objective
The Boys 18 White team will be comprised of both 17’s and 18’s eligible players. The goal for 18 White is through high level competition and player development we will help facilitate their ability to make a Navy team in the future and get recruited to play at the next level. They will participate in multiple AAU/USAV national qualifying tournaments as well as other single day tournaments in the PA, MD, and VA area.

Boys Teams 15+ will have access to Friday positional training in lieu of some Friday practices. The purpose is allow players to focus on the skills necessary to perfect their positions that coaches aren’t always able to cover in a group setting. Positional dates vs. Friday practices will be sent out monthly.
High Performance
Performance Training provides a challenging environment where athletes learn how to absorb and distribute force in multiple positions and directions. Maintaining a focus on proper movement, we gradually progress the development of body position, rhythm, strength, and power. This is done through progressions of holds, plyometrics, and strength/power based movements. Throughout these progressions we add elements of reaction and decision making. Our goal is to develop athletes holistically. This allows us to bridge the gaps between perception, cognition, and physical ability.

Tournament schedule is tentative. Changes may occur depending on team availability, tournament entry, and team’s level of play. Team may add tournaments if agreed to by parents/coaches at an additional fee. U18 travel tournaments do not include lodging. Players stay in rooms with their parents.
