Alex Marstall

Alex Marstall is from Chantilly, VA where she played varsity at Chantilly High School, and top-level club teams at NVVA and Arlington Elite as a middle blocker for 8 years. Alex went on to play beach volleyball at UNC-Wilmington to join their first D1 beach program in 2015. After serving on UNCW’s beach team for two years, she transitioned to play indoor club volleyball in her last two years at UNCW.

After graduating in 2019, she moved to Jekyll Island, GA and then O’ahu, HI where she continued to play volleyball and began her coaching career. She was a head coach for Spike and Serve Club for 1 year, coaching both indoor and beach volleyball for ages 6 through 18. As of recently, Alex has returned to Fairfax, and has led as the head coach for 15U Virginia Top Team Club and as the assistant coach for St. James 17 Navy. She brings a wealth of volleyball knowledge and experience, and loves seeing the growth and progress in all her players.
