Bio
Aubrey Eaton played collegiate volleyball at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX. In her junior and senior seasons as a middle blocker, she was named to the 1st team All Southland Conference and was named Southland Conference Player of the Year in her senior season. She made the All-Southland Conference Tournament team in each of her final 3 seasons. Her collegiate career was capped by SFA’s first trip to the NCAA tournament following a 32-4 season. Aubrey was inducted into the SFA Hall of Fame in 1999.
Aubrey is excited to be coaching a sixth year at The Saint James. In her time at STJ she has coached boys 14’s – 18’s age group. Last year, as the Assistant Coach for the 18U, the team made the gold bracket in 8 of their 9 tournaments, with podium finishes in four tournaments: Rust Bucket (2nd), Nike Steel Freeze (3rd), The St. James Grand Prix (1st), and ECPL (1st). The 18’s ended the season with a 13th place finish at AAU Nationals. Five of the 18U players have gone on to play collegiate volleyball; three Division 1 players and two Division 3.
In addition to The Saint James, Aubrey’s coaching experience includes West Springfield High School (JV and Varsity Assistant – girls), Lake Braddock Secondary School (Varsity – girls), and multiple club teams. In 2015, as the Varsity Coach at Lake Braddock, Aubrey was named District Coach of the Year and the 6A North Region Coach of the Year. She is currently the boys Varsity Head Coach at West Springfield High School.
