Bio
Liam is from Bethesda, Maryland. He started playing volleyball his freshman year of high school when his dad signed him up to be the manager for the girls’ high school team. His dad then encouraged him to try out for club. He played for MVP (Maryland Volleyball Program) for one year and then moved to TVP (The Volleyball Practice) the last three years of high school.
Liam won “Player of the Year” his senior year of high school in Maryland. He played libero and setter in high school, and then played middle at Belmont Abbey College (Division I) from 2017-2021. His sophomore year of college he was ranked third in the nation in Division I for blocks per set. His senior year they won Conference Carolinas for the first time in school history and played in the first round of the national tournament against Penn State. Liam coached a girl’s summer league high school team in 2018 and has coached at various volleyball camp throughout his years. Liam is currently working as a 7th and 8th Grade Math Teacher while getting his Master’s in Education.
