Nick Robichaud

Nick is originally from Virginia Beach VA. His volleyball journey started when he made his high school team his freshmen year. From there he joined the coastal 757 travel regional team as a sophomore and then moved up to the Nationals 2s team as a starting middle blocker for two years. During his senior year, his 18’s team won the bronze bracket at nationals. In college he attended GMU and continued to play for Masons club team as a starting middle blocker. While there he became the president of the club and maintained the position for 3 years until he graduated in 2024. Nick helped grow the program from 14 players to an organization that fluctuates between 34-40 active players across 2 competitive teams. After graduating, he worked as their head coach for a year before becoming the head coach of South County’s boys volleyball program. Outside of coaching, Nick still plays in A / AA level competitions and has traveled to adult nationals both years since graduating.
