Sam Peters

Sam is a Sophomore middle blocker on the George Mason University Men’s Volleyball Team and is excited to begin his first year coaching at The St. James. He was born in London but has lived in Chicago since he was about four years old.

Sam began playing highly competitive soccer at a young age but decided to transition to volleyball after his first club season during his second year of high school. He played two years of club volleyball at 3rd Coast Elite and one year at Adversity before committing to George Mason. Sam holds the single season blocking record at his high school, Lyons Township, amassing 144 blocks in his junior year.
