Zach Talamoa

Zach Talamoa is originally from Hawaii, but now lives in Fairfax, Virginia. He started playing volleyball at the age of 9 but started really loving the sport at age 11. His goal at the St. James is to give back to the community and help bring up the next generation of volleyball players. Zach believes in making the DMV area a hotspot for volleyball to create more opportunities for the players at the St. James.

Currently, Zach is attending George Mason University and is majoring in Finance. He plays on the George Mason Men’s Volleyball team as a redshirt junior setter. In his 2021 season, he led the EIVA conference in assists per set and was an All-EIVA Honorable Mention. Zach is new to the St. James staff as a first-year coach, but we can’t wait to see what he will bring to the table.
